Meet Dr. Adamous

Dr. Hooman Adamous is a board-certified oral and maxillofacial surgeon with over 14 years of clinical experience. A native of Southern California, he began his academic journey at UCLA before earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) degree from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine. He then completed a rigorous five-year residency in oral and maxillofacial surgery at the same institution.

Dr. Adamous’ advanced training encompasses facial trauma reconstruction, bone grafting, treatment of jaw cysts and tumors, dental implant placement, corrective jaw (orthognathic) surgery, and all aspects of dentoalveolar surgery. He also received specialized training in general anesthesia and intravenous sedation, ensuring the highest standards of safety and comfort for his patients.

Since 2011, Dr. Adamous has been proud to provide compassionate, high-quality surgical care to patients in the Bellflower community. He maintains active hospital appointments at three major medical centers in the Greater Long Beach area and has served as Chair of the Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Long Beach Memorial Medical Center, reflecting his leadership and dedication to advancing patient care.
