Financial Policy
In almost every case, issues and mistakes can be cleared through a simple phone call.Please remember that you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office, regardless of your insurance coverage.
Every month, the office will send you a statement. Please remember that insurance companies respond within 4-6 weeks, and please call the office if your statement is inaccurate or does not reflect insurance payments. Any remaining balance owed after insurance pays is your responsibility. We can make arrangements for a regular monthly payment plan, but we insist the plan must be in place before a procedure occurs.

We therefore work with you and your insurance providers to ensure you receive the maximum reimbursement for covered procedures.
